Before Your Big Day:

• Initial consultation to discuss your wedding planning needs
• Supervise Up to a one-hour wedding rehearsal
• Venue visit done by wedding planner only prior to your wedding day 
• Wedding checklist – no detail overlooked
• Detailed timeline (30 days prior to wedding, our client form will need to be filled out)
• Vendor confirmations (couple to provide list of vendors hired and services booked)
• Various discounts available through preferred suppliers – ask your wedding planner for details!

Day-of Services:
Two certified wedding consultants on site to take care of every detail.

• Supervision: we are the point people for your vendors, overseeing set up, scheduling, payment and gratuities. These are all the details you don’t want to worry about as you’re walking down the aisle. We can also supervise your wedding photo shoot, if desired. 
• Direction: we assist your wedding party to make sure everyone is where they should be, when they should be, for your ceremony and reception.
• Coordination: From cocktails to cake, every wedding activity will be attended to. And before dancing begins, we will oversee the transfer of your wedding gifts and envelopes to ensure nothing is misplaced.
• Decoration: we place your wedding menus, table numbers, seating cards, favors and place cards. 
• Plus, you’ll have full access to our emergency kit – just in case.

Fee: Please inquire since our prices are based on guest count and amount of wedding locations. All weddings outside of Calgary will be charged a travel fee.

Off-the-Rack: Reception Assistance Package

Consider the certified wedding planners of Posh Productions Event Planning and Design your extra hands for your wedding reception. You shouldn’t have to worry about placing seating charts or favors – and neither should your friends or family. With a reception assistance package, you’re free to enjoy the spotlight. We’ll handle the rest.
Included in this package:

• One consultation prior to your wedding day to discuss specific tasks included in your package
• Two décor consultants, who will complete all decorating prior to the start of the reception, including:
  • Place seating charts, menus, programs, place cards, table names or numbers, centerpieces, favors, candles
  • Oversee cake table and display, including cake knife, stand, topper and any additional decoration of cake table
  • Coordinate vendor deliveries, such as rental items and flowers.
  • Set up of guest book and gift table
